Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Anorad products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Anorad such as the 2726 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HC8320B74 manufactured by Asco and we are pleased to be able to service most Asco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EF8215C53 by Manufacturer Asco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asco Brand 2126302RF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Apantec such as 10023001 equipment made by Apantec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Apantec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Apantec" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RAS41600 by Arnold-Muller-Amk and 10023001 spares by Apantec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 131X6441 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Armstrong.
