Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the American Mine Research CB-PRO parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Challenger parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Chicago-Laser product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the CC048CVX0260BE0SDNGB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11051 manufactured by Challenger and we are pleased to be able to service most Challenger systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC107B by Manufacturer Chicago-Laser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cerus Brand BAS122JG5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Char-lynn such as 1031004008 equipment made by Char-lynn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Char-lynn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Char-lynn" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IO6613001 made by Charmilles as well as the popular SSM320 original spares produced by Centurion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DAM3088 by Cheng-Kong-Electronic and 1031004008 spares by Char-lynn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VI12039910 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cci.
