Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the American-Autoguard 201 ACT4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ametek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Amt product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ametek such as the SHZF2575120UB01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DT4110FB0 manufactured by Amk and we are pleased to be able to service most Amk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 537195 by Manufacturer Amt as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Digital Brand AN2559LP2DZL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Analog-Devices such as 289J equipment made by Analog-Devices have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Analog-Devices products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Analog-Devices" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SY070G005110 made by Anderson as well as the popular MH42316 original spares produced by American-Precision

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ADCTDN2412N by American-Dynamics and 289J spares by Analog-Devices are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G2120LN4AV1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ami.
