Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the American-Auto-matrix American parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ametek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Anderson-Instrument parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ametek product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ametek such as the PG3000O2M4812081000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SW51004070000 manufactured by Anderson-Instrument and we are pleased to be able to service most Anderson-Instrument systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 700120001 by Manufacturer Ametek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aro Brand ANASKABBAB200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Api such as P315XL equipment made by Api have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Api products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Api" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 13928239 made by Arburg as well as the popular 951ZV0205N35D3E original spares produced by Ametek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Applent by Applent-At2816a-High-Frequency-50hz-200khz-Dig and P315XL spares by Api are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ASKL4060KLE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Amston-Scales.
