Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Amci SMD24E2-350A-M12 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued American-Dynamics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amot-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Amp product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader American-Dynamics such as the AD2024VOM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPD1RW5W2 manufactured by Amot-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Amot-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5034232 by Manufacturer Amp as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Anderson-Instrument Brand 56000A0150 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Amk such as IDT4110CB0102 equipment made by Amk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DV524T00 made by Amk as well as the popular 56000A73 original spares produced by Anderson-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3B3001 by Analog and IDT4110CB0102 spares by Amk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PittmanM542 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pittman.
