Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Amada A98L-0001-0634#B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pittman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ampro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 American-Roller-Bearing product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pittman such as the 9236E867R1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RB1S80BR31 manufactured by Ampro and we are pleased to be able to service most Ampro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AM2222K6 by Manufacturer American-Roller-Bearing as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ampro Brand A60665 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Durakool such as CF2702 equipment made by Durakool have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Durakool products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Durakool" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CMD260931355 made by American-Precision-Industries as well as the popular P20A original spares produced by Ametek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TIPOCA1119 by Amer and CF2702 spares by Durakool are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 73103003RevBR550103003RevA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Artwork-Amo-Intralase.
