Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Alpha System RP10-AVR4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Applied-Materials products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mcg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ampex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Applied-Materials such as the 002179658 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AB34000C5 manufactured by Mcg and we are pleased to be able to service most Mcg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 325651301 by Manufacturer Ampex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Boston-Gear Brand F71050B5J in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by American-Roller-Bearing such as SCS1317 equipment made by American-Roller-Bearing have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire American-Roller-Bearing products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "American-Roller-Bearing" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 80378SE made by Ametek as well as the popular SAF305045 original spares produced by Applied-Materials

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DJ2P by Ametek and SCS1317 spares by American-Roller-Bearing are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HTT201B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Amci.
