Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Alpha-Omega EB8016A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Formsprag-Clutch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Amc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the JH30016LF2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FSO400X750 manufactured by Formsprag-Clutch and we are pleased to be able to service most Formsprag-Clutch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B25A20FACQ by Manufacturer Amc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Alpha Brand SP100MC13151PS1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Applied-Materials such as 004080144 equipment made by Applied-Materials have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applied-Materials products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applied-Materials" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 114787 made by Ametek as well as the popular ZF248070CHDR original spares produced by Ametek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPM123 by Ge-Fanuc and 004080144 spares by Applied-Materials are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 00300451 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ameritherm.
