Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Alpha Getriebebau VDS 050-MF1-40 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ast-American-Sensor-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Advanced-Micro-Controls-Inc. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Alpha product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ast-American-Sensor-Technologies such as the AST20HAAA0030P3A1N625 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8511 manufactured by Advanced-Micro-Controls-Inc. and we are pleased to be able to service most Advanced-Micro-Controls-Inc. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SPK140MF3140131000 by Manufacturer Alpha as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Alphasem Brand 010525400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Applied-Materials such as 010001587 equipment made by Applied-Materials have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2710403 by Ametek and 010001587 spares by Applied-Materials are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GM94134 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Penn.
