Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Alling-Landers 1.19E+11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out 3com parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the Spec31097 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 201201 manufactured by 3com and we are pleased to be able to service most 3com systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 34242168A02 by Manufacturer Siemens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bremer Brand 28018BG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by 3com such as 3C509BTP equipment made by 3com have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire 3com products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "3com" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 846KG6000004 made by Hydac as well as the popular YS5B1 original spares produced by Koganei

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MG480FAU24VDCPT by Pinnacle and 3C509BTP spares by 3com are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2TLA010030R0000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb.
