Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen-Bradley CP-060, CP-190-A40, 190-A11C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asymtek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bando product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asymtek such as the 62066500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1A82B862517118304 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BandoSTSTimingBeltS14M1652 by Manufacturer Bando as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bonfigioli Brand C312P156P90B3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Alpha such as 10LP090M011011100 equipment made by Alpha have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Alpha products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Alpha" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GLF3032BJ made by Baldor as well as the popular 35Q30R18 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 13UF100256C by Alling-Landers and 10LP090M011011100 spares by Alpha are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 562 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bison.
