Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen-Bradley 810-A24C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eaton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micon such as the C2K16D45000030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E777575LR manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EASY512DCRCX by Manufacturer Eaton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Carlo-Gavazzi Brand VTI2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Coto-Technology such as 8L4105001 equipment made by Coto-Technology have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Coto-Technology products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Coto-Technology" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available H3GA1006 made by Clare as well as the popular WCBS4F original spares produced by Eaton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5600178302 by Alstom and 8L4105001 spares by Coto-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SA199120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electromatic.
