Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen-Bradley 1440-VST02-01RA W/ BASE 1440-TB-A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alpha-Planetary products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allied-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Alpha-Getriebebau product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alpha-Planetary such as the SP140MF15141000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5046031 manufactured by Allied-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Allied-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP180MF15141000 by Manufacturer Alpha-Getriebebau as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Alpha-Wittenstein Brand LP120MX15MX15011CBW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allison such as TC554 equipment made by Allison have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allison products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allison" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PLSNX3B2C17 made by Amci as well as the popular ADM230 original spares produced by Adm

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SS4A2WS by Ambitech and TC554 spares by Allison are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SP100MF15121000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Alpha-Getriebebau.
