Akab Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Akab RM2 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Akab RM2 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RM2 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RM2 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Clare products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Alstom product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Clare such as the H3GA1006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 810A05AR manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCGG62N1CB0753F by Manufacturer Alstom as well.

Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 700DCPK1200Z24 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WC326DC5 by Cii and 700DCPK1200Z24 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
