Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Air-Valve PR10PH-10-CA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nematron-Corp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ctc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron-Corp such as the PVS53552001001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PWR51011 manufactured by Ctc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ctc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZOB123 by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Indramat Brand RAC31150460L00W1220 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telemecanique such as XGSC5142311 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SACSMS203S made by Ormec as well as the popular WSC3750X48TE original spares produced by Cisco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SHJD69400NTH by Ite and XGSC5142311 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPD160208Y3C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-hammer.
