Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Agie Usa ADC-05 A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aid products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aim-Electra parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aid such as the DP10032SA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AE7010 manufactured by Aim-Electra and we are pleased to be able to service most Aim-Electra systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 115832 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 104A09ND3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Alfa-Laval such as ETP084950 equipment made by Alfa-Laval have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Alfa-Laval products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Alfa-Laval" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LPS06A made by Agie as well as the popular 8520149 original spares produced by Alen-bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MEX48U by Automated-Logic and ETP084950 spares by Alfa-Laval are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 191SANJ3CB16R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
