Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aerotech 1050LT-MSOF-E1000LD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alerton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aerotech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aerotech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alerton such as the TX653P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATS03005M5 manufactured by Aerotech and we are pleased to be able to service most Aerotech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1U11M2AX2DM400140F1JP4D by Manufacturer Aerotech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Alcatel Brand MT1008DG02608AB02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Air-Systems such as CAS38251 equipment made by Air-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Air-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Air-Systems" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3112005001 by Agv-Electronics and CAS38251 spares by Air-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Alfamatic.
