Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Advanced-Motion-Controls S16A8B 24553-0000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Amci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Analogic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Amk product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Amci such as the SD17060E2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ITG3030D2C1X manufactured by Analogic and we are pleased to be able to service most Analogic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DV414R00 by Manufacturer Amk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ametek Brand GM14902D347 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Amk such as DV524A00 equipment made by Amk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 19801845 made by Ametek as well as the popular 924010028501 original spares produced by Anderson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DT5310E00 by Amk and DV524A00 spares by Amk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Pc890320 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer American-Msi-Corp.
