Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Advanced Motion Controls BE15A8J parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aerotech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Advantech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Advantech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aerotech such as the AS32020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ADAM4069 manufactured by Advantech and we are pleased to be able to service most Advantech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ADAM4019 by Manufacturer Advantech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aeg Brand ThyroA1A50060HRPL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aeg-Power-Solutions such as 1A23016H1 equipment made by Aeg-Power-Solutions have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available BM130 made by Aerotech as well as the popular B25A20AC original spares produced by Advanced-Motion-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASBADU205000 by Aeg and 1A23016H1 spares by Aeg-Power-Solutions are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B881001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon.
