Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Komatsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the FP2600T12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KDP5648CA33J manufactured by Komatsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Komatsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DRF1 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Waltron Brand uAI9070 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Samsung such as LTM213U6 equipment made by Samsung have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Samsung products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Samsung" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AGP3550T1AF made by Proface as well as the popular CIMREX10 original spares produced by Beijer
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PA206Q133 by Parker and LTM213U6 spares by Samsung are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ESR902 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bb-Electronics.
