Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Adept �XY-HRS060-RH200AD /90405-10060 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yamatake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yamatake product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 80360145011 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCM13B3ARXX manufactured by Yamatake and we are pleased to be able to service most Yamatake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DMC10S2CV0400 by Manufacturer Yamatake as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Xylem Brand FPM411 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as CIMRG7U42P2 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JHMM00 made by Honeywell as well as the popular LDZ5400K original spares produced by Yamatake

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRG5V40P7 by Yaskawa and CIMRG7U42P2 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JEPMCPS210PS01MP920JEPMCPS210 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
