Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Adept 10350-01044 Rev. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KD3T27711E manufactured by T2-Sp82 and we are pleased to be able to service most T2-Sp82 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D2601107B7 by Manufacturer Talyrond as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Taylor Brand 6009BZ10000E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tazmo such as HT0314HZ0062 equipment made by Tazmo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tazmo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tazmo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TS2058N11E1 made by Tamagawa as well as the popular 23FM75L original spares produced by Tamron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WFC50050C by Tb-Woods and HT0314HZ0062 spares by Tazmo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WS215 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Taiyo.
