Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Acx-Boston-Gear ACX2003 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Adc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Advantech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Adept product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Adc such as the SCV1004BMPSIRevB5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RIO3310 manufactured by Advantech and we are pleased to be able to service most Advantech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20341100101034110010 by Manufacturer Adept as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Advanced-Motion-Controls Brand 25A8E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Advantage-Electronics such as 230600 equipment made by Advantage-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advantage-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advantage-Electronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NTU7530 made by Advanced-Control-Systems as well as the popular AV545LVDS1PF original spares produced by Advantage-Electronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UNO2160G3E by Advantech and 230600 spares by Advantage-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
