Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Acurex-Data 25092-010 / 25092010 / 25094-010 / 25089 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A2900501X0412 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TFAHP1070HTTA21011 manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A06B0153B0777076 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Square-D Brand 9025BCW34 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Plasmon such as 9770587202 equipment made by Plasmon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Plasmon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Plasmon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A06B0830B100 made by Fanuc as well as the popular 918875 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A2900854X401 by Fanuc and 9770587202 spares by Plasmon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
