Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Acs SB214ND-WE2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Adept products, including obsoleted and phased-out Adept parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Adstec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Adept such as the 1033011150REVP3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9040010080 manufactured by Adept and we are pleased to be able to service most Adept systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OPE3015105AC by Manufacturer Adstec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Adept Brand 1033800190 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Active-Power such as 30265100 equipment made by Active-Power have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Active-Power products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Active-Power" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G4680001 made by Action-Instruments as well as the popular Q5012000 original spares produced by Weidmuller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T6900001T6900001 by Action and 30265100 spares by Active-Power are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
