Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Acrison 207-0150 ICHSHOF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ametric products, including obsoleted and phased-out B-loc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ameridrive product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ametric such as the 55x16x1500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B121160 manufactured by B-loc and we are pleased to be able to service most B-loc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 212581041 by Manufacturer Ameridrive as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bando Brand TL28H300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bayside such as RB142003008 equipment made by Bayside have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bayside products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bayside" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 81225540N1 made by Aes-Seal as well as the popular 3001484C original spares produced by Apex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2082 by Ametek and RB142003008 spares by Bayside are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LP070M011011100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Alpha.
