Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Acopos 8A8005:V1016-2CR1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Adleepower products, including obsoleted and phased-out Advanced-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Adept product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Adleepower such as the AP2G315 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the INV0056 manufactured by Advanced-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Advanced-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1030015400 by Manufacturer Adept as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Acradyne Brand IEC3K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Advanced-Micro-Controls such as DC25SB1C1NS equipment made by Advanced-Micro-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advanced-Micro-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advanced-Micro-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DVGVMT5015 made by Adstec as well as the popular 2983 original spares produced by Adt-Security-Systems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 135603 by Allen-Bradley and DC25SB1C1NS spares by Advanced-Micro-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CDA52 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Air-con-Ii.
