Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Acimex EV1-2016-065 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Adept products, including obsoleted and phased-out Actronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Acopian product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Adept such as the 1035000100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 31358 manufactured by Actronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Actronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B9G300 by Manufacturer Acopian as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Adapt-Tech Brand 1033000088 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Acurex such as D1770521A equipment made by Acurex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Acurex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Acurex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 30127202 made by Activepower as well as the popular G4081001 original spares produced by Action-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 965EN4004 by Acromag and D1770521A spares by Acurex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
